I recently spent four nights at the Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Despite some initial confusion with the hotel's layout, the stunning view of Victoria Harbour and accommodating staff made my experience exceptional. Perfect location for exploring Tsim Sha Tsui!

The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers features elegant decor and an incredible view of Victoria Harbour from our Premier Room. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, assisting us with travel directions and helping us navigate local attractions. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, offering a great variety of delicious options.

The only slight issue was navigating the hotel's layout, which can be a bit confusing.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and in-room breakfast. The staff helped me with directions on my first stay, making it memorable. I highly recommend enjoying the breakfast options! I'm coming back for a city break.

Great location and friendly service

I enjoyed my stay in a Premier Room for 4 nights, where the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideally situated near the park and shopping areas, making it easy to explore Hong Kong. Room service was prompt, and I appreciated the comfortable accommodations, although the hotel layout could use clearer navigation aids for newcomers.

The Premier Room was super cozy, and I really loved the breakfast buffet that had tons of options. I had a nice time relaxing by the pool and taking in the beautiful views from my room. Just a heads up, the maids did knock on my door a bit early on Sunday, but that didn’t ruin my stay at all! 😊

The location offers direct access to the Macau Ferry Terminal, making cross-border travel a breeze. Cleanliness shines through in the rooms, which, despite feeling dated, maintained a fresh and pleasant atmosphere without unpleasant smells.

Room sizes can feel cramped, especially given the premium pricing for a larger room. the decor could really use a modern touch. Internet connectivity proved to be unreliable, potentially frustrating for those needing stable access. Additionally, the property lacks enough dining options, which might leave guests wanting for variety. Accessibility could also be a concern, particularly for anyone requiring wheelchair-friendly facilities.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Kowloon Park and enjoyed a stroll along the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade, both of which were nearby and perfect for our group. The rooms were spacious and clean, which allowed us to relax comfortably after our outings. Definitely recommend! Don't miss the tasty breakfast options.

One downside was the service felt a bit robotic. It would have been nice to see more smiles from the staff, especially during our breakfasts.
